DESCRIPTION:We’re currently holding auditions for the following instruments: \nFirst violin\nSecond violin\nViola\nBass\nPrinciple Oboe\nTrombone 1\, 2 and 3 \n  \nSend an email to kenwoodsymphonyorchestra@yahoo.com. to schedule your audition. \nAuditions: Musicians interested in auditioning for KSO are asked to play 2 or 3 contrasting excerpts of their choice from orchestral or solo repertoire. Excerpts should include a variety of articulations and techniques (i.e. off-string strokes for strings\, stopped notes for horns\, etc.). Choose excerpts that best display your technique\, intonation\, range\, tone\, rhythmical ability\, and general musicality. Your audition will last approximately 3 to 5 minutes and may include a few questions.\n \nIf you are interested in becoming a member please send an e-mail to kenwoodsymphonyorchestra@yahoo.com.
